Case Manager Aide Part-Time Columbus Area is looking for dedicate people to assist consumers in residential facilities with daily living skills; plans and schedules activities to assist clients with formulation and implementation of treatment plans; provides supportive counseling as needed; records progress notes. Staff may be required to attend staff meetings outside normal working hours and must go through training emphasizing Recovery as a model for client success each year. Bachelor degree in related field; Associate degree in social work or related field, or High School Graduate with two years mental health experience.
