YOUTH CONNECT - FOSTER CARE PROGRAM
A vacancy exists for a Full Time case worker position at Youth Connect - Community Connections Geelong. Youth Connect Foster Care Program provides out of home care to children and young people aged between 0.17 years of age. We are seeking someone dynamic. energetic and reliable.
Position Summary:
• Participate in the matching of c g people withplacements.
• Responsible for supporting and 1 children. young people, their families and 'e whilst
children/young people in placement
• Assist in the recruitment and training of foster carers.
Relevant Qualifications in Youth Work. Social Work, Welfare Studies or any other relevant qualification in the human services field are a minimum. Previous experience in related area is preferred but not essential.
