My client is a world class algorithmic trading technology provider, with technology and services exceeding those at many large investment banks and trading firms.
Having performed exceptionally well recently, they are looking to add an extra analyst to their support team to drive the growth of their world class services.
My client is looking to provide a platform for candidates to excel, giving them responsibility and visibility in a dynamic, fast past learning environment. The existing team is experienced and very strong – they hope to mentor and develop a junior candidate into a key player for the firm.
The Role:
- A client facing, hands on support position as the primary contact for my client’s internal front office, supporting traders from for technical and strategy related queries
- Ensure superb efficiency and timely resolution of issues, providing a world class experience to clients
- Work closely with other team members to coordinate product development and issue escalation
- Hands on scripting
The Candidate Profile Desired:
- Approximately 4 years’ experience
- Superb business knowledge of FIX and Algorithmic Trading across multiple markets
- UNIX and Scripting experience
- Excellent client facing, interpersonal skills and fluency in English
- Excellent prioritization and analytical ability
- A driven, positive working attitude
