Cash Equities Project Manager recruitment
This role is a senior position in based in Hong Kong. The Project Manager will partner with a wide range of teams from the business and technology to deliver mission critical projects in a change the bank initiative.
This is a new position created by the need to bring a stronger technical skill set into the regional team, as such you will be responsible for running projects which require deeper technical skills.
As a senior hire you will be expected to coach the project and BA teams in the application of technology as an enabler of the business while overseeing the more heavily technology related aspects of their ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong technology background
- Work with regional and global project teams and solution owners on strategy
- Define and refine the project roadmaps according to business demand and strategy
- Manage projects which deliver on the business demands
- Ensure that project meets all audit/control/regulatory requirements in addition to functional and business requirements.
- Provides transparency on project status
- Manages the overall resource requirements across their project portfolio
The ideal candidate for this position will come from a strong technology or development background and will have led in house build technology projects in the past in a project manager capacity.
