Our client is an established global bank with significant presence in Asia Pacific. It is actively growing its transaction banking business in the region, and has a strong reputation for employee development and an open, inclusive culture.
There are now exciting roles reporting to the Regional Head of Risk and Controls, where you will work closely with the business and head office to deliver the operational risk framework. You will be responsible for embedding risk disciplines into business activities via the alignment of risk policy and business objectives that reflect the risk appetite and key controls over processes. You will also work closely with business unit management to pursue cost effective, innovative and competitive strategies to managing risks which contribute to improving business performance.
You are degree qualified with relevant experience gained in operational risk or internal audit within major banks. Transaction banking experience, or demonstrated good understanding of trade and cash products will be preferred. You possess a commercial and strategic mindset, is a self-starter, with strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
