Cash equities trade support recruitment
Main responsibilities
- Deep understanding in Hong Kong / Asia Pac cash equities. Global equities knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge in local HK trading settlement systems.
- Perform MO trade processing including clients' allocation, trade confirmation and reconciliation.
- Products coverage will be mainly Cash Equities, depository receipts, convertible bonds, Pnotes and Structured Notes.
- Working across a number of desks from equities to derivatives.
- Work closely with Front Office/MO/Ops in Asia/UK/US to resolve trade issues.
- Highly focus on Confirmation Settlement STP to ensure that the company remains one of the best names within the market.
- Client Remediation MIS.
- Propose process improvement plan.
- Participate in local global MO project BRD UAT.
Job requirements
- At least 3 years related working experience in the same functional area.
- Work in HK office as well as working with regional offices including Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, India, Taiwan, Japan Australiaon on any regional work related issues.
- Excellent Customer Service skill set.
- Need to adopt the firm and market policy and communicate effectively to internal counterparts.
- Degree holder, preferably in a relevant degree.
