Cash Management Specialists, Financial Institutions – Top Tier Global Investment Bank recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Product range consists of cash clearing services, funds transfer, liquidity management, check clearing, clearing house payments.
- Take primary responsibility for selling the entire range of Cash Management products and actively coordinate with other line of business for optimum cross sell activities.
- Organize and manages client events (e.g. product presentations), provide market updates.
- Analyze flows and internal MIS data to identify business opportunities.
- Seek out new customers and developing existing relationships with the current customer base
- Prices transactions and solicit mandates.
- Review existing pricing and rebate schemes, conducting profitability analyses and initiates respective action ensuring that a FI customer relationship is profitable
- Prepare marketing material, customer presentations and business proposals and initiates the implementation of successful proposals.
- Provide market requirements to internal business partners as required.
- Keep close dialogue with Credit Risk Management on determining credit lines to FIs.
- Report to Head of Sales for the S.E.A. and Australia region
Professional and personal qualifications:
- Individuals with strong cash management or transaction banking experience preferred.
- A good understanding of cash management products and services.
- Should have experience in either selling cash and/or trade products to FIs or should be in a customer service / support role for FI’s but must have a desire for moving to Sales function.
- Need to have strong interpersonal skills (team player).
- Should be creative and innovative (e.g. when preparing marketing material, such as business proposals).
- Have an understanding on the risk and regulatory requirements both in Indonesia and those applicable globally (in US and FFT).
- Bring in existing FI customer network
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Qualities Required
- Graduate with 5-8 years in Cash Management or similar environment in Financial Institution.
- Business minded individual who is a self-motivator, energetic and innovative.
- Self-confident and performance driven.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills – ability to relate to different level of clients and internal stakeholders
- Solution oriented and good attention to detail – able to follow through from fact finding to final execution and keeping clients updated.
- Ability to make decisions, influence others and work in co-operative manner and find resolution to product needs.
- Strong business writing skills
- Strong client presentation skills / English and Mandarin Speaking
