Cash Manager – Isle of Man recruitment

About the challenge

The purpose of the role is to maximise the bank’s earnings by delivering leading edge cash management advice, through the sale of Cash Management and liquidity solutions, to achieve new income targets as well as protecting existing cash management income lines. The role will include proactively developing relationships with existing and potential new clients to capture their Cash Management business and to pro-actively introduce opportunities to the Treasury and Trade teams as well as other group partners to maximise group revenue as a whole and maximise cross-selling opportunities.

About you

You will have a proven track record of success in a cash management sales environment, preferably with exposure to dealing with offshore clients. Additionally you will have an in depth knowledge of Cash Management product sets and be familiar with operational and client servicing environments. You will have a good understanding of concepts such as Straight Through Processing and Pricing/Cost/volume relationship as well as a basic knowledge of the rules, regulations, and standards of relevant industry bodies or organisations. In addition to this successful candidates will have excellent selling, negotiation and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate at different levels within a client organisation. You will also have good questioning techniques, analytical capability and strong presentational skills.
