CASS Custody Compliance Officer, Financial Services, £400 pd, 12 month maternity cover
My client, a global Financial Services organisation, is currently recruiting for a CASS Custody Compliance Officer to work on a temporary basis on a 12 month maternity cover.
Role:
- work closely with the local custody Subject Matter Experts who are responsible for the creation and delivery of a custody compliance program for their jurisdiction.
- ensure common standards and processes are applied
- co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders and agree prioritisation of work and resource allocation
- review relevant approvals and reports identifying weaknesses to senior management
- outline the EMEA Custody CAP to regulators and clients
- provide proactive consultancy to local compliance officers and operations partners
Requirements:
- proven CASS compliance experience within a Financial Services organisation
- broad knowledge of the FCA handbook/accounting/audit background
- appreciation of the changing regulatory landscape
- CASS advisory experience and monitoring background
- knowledge of custody regimes in other EMEA jurisdictions
- degree preferred
