Our client is currently seeking to recruit for a role of Corporate Banking Oversight Control Partner who will be responsible for leading the implementation and coordination of embedding the Oversight Control framework across the business. Duties include:
· Strategically lead the implementation and coordination of embedding the Corporate Banking Oversight Control framework across the business that incorporates both the Policy, regulatory and Principle Risks conformance requirements.
· Develop and deliver monitoring functionality to highlight trends, adherence and deficiencies to the above-mentioned frameworks and ensure delivery of key messages to senior stakeholders for action and BAU management as appropriate.
· Responsible for assessment, interpretation, and delivery of our improvement and change agenda pertinent to the business Framework and conformance objectives in response to external, group and other regulatory requirements
· Develop and implement frameworks which fully support Principle Risk and Regulatory attestations as required.
· Expert understanding of risks and drive sufficient control oversight of the end-to-end process engaging with Policy Risk Owners, ensuring Generic Risk Control Self Assessments have captured key controls, mitigating inherent risks on the client end-to-end journey.
This role requires someone who has a risk background with previous experience in a similar role and excellent Stakeholder management. Expert knowledge and experience in the Financial Industry is fundamental to the role.
