CBA Support Role

Position Description

The role involves working on -
• Interactions reports: Compiling, reviewing and entering data on coverage and interactions into client systems and third party interactions reporting sites.  
• Client Tiering: Maintaining and updating client tiering, segmentation and coverage details.
• Client Revenue reporting: Prepare regular report for senior distribution management highlighting revenue performance, momentum and working closely with IT developers on enhancements.
• CRM Account Review preparation: Preparing detailed reports providing color on revenue, interactions and client coverage.
• Weekly and Quarterly Distribution Business Review materials: which involve analyzing revenues, interactions and the performance for top tier accounts.
• Senior management meeting reporting: Management pack monthly on key action items, progress on key opportunities addressed
• Data packs and presentations: Helping to put data packs and presentations together for management meetings and briefing notes when senior figures come to the region and need to know data on key clients.
• Fixed Income Ideas: Working with the HK based COO team to prepare key trade ideas put forward by Sales Trading and formulate in a set template, ready for distribution to clients.
• On-Boarding: Help with basic Client On-Boarding queries and enter new tickets for accounts that need to be on-boarded

Skills Required

The basic skills required for the role are the ability to learn quickly how to navigate databases, manipulate data from these confidently in Excel and respond to requests promptly.

Skill set required:
We are looking for a confident and outgoing person, who has exceptional attention to detail and is proactive in taking initiative. Successful candidates will have a proven work experience analyzing data.

• Graduate (BCOM/BMS) or MBA with 1 - 3 years of experience
• Excellent written spoken English; Excellent business writing skills
• Excellent telephone skills (regular phone contact with team required)
• Advanced knowledge and extensive hands on experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel including macros, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with databases, and the ability to manipulate/analyze data confidently
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Team work
• Problem solving
