JOB TITLE: Centrilift SOP Inventory Manager
LOCATION: Tulsa, OK
ROLE SYNOPSIS
At Baker Hughes, the purpose of this job is to support the artificial lift demand management signal through the SOP process and maintain optimum inventory levels to support operations revenue plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage the SOP monthly process for the USL Region.
- Responsibilities may include employee management and development, inventory management, Health Safety and Environmental (HSE), quality training, planning and budget management.
- Prepare, monitor and control financial plans, head count and profitability.
- Responsible for oversight and enforcement of all HSE, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, HR, Financial and Compliance policies that relate to area of responsibility.
- Manage and provide oversight to personnel development and ensure proper succession planning.
- Oversee Inventory planning department and implementation of the business plan.
- Participate actively in quality improvement efforts
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree, equivalent university degree or combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years experience in field, operations or other equivalent experience.
DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Comprehensive understanding of Artificial Lift product line(s)/service(s).
- Understanding/Familiarity of SOP process
- SAP
- Basic knowledge of company's business practices including strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) and compliance.
- Ability to direct and manage people.
- Interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills.
- Problem solving capabilities.
- Team player / Strong multi-tasker.
