Experience/Skills required:
2 years + Recruitment Experience in the Social Care Market
Must have knowledge of the Social Care Market
Placing Social care professionals
It's a cold desk, so must you must be able to work from start up
There is a candidate database of 10,000+
There is a database of clients who have not been touched in a couple of months (so you will need to re-establish there connections
There is established business in the region of £1000 p/week
Must be able to hit the ground running
Preferably have your own contacts to bring with you
people who wont need to be nannied
Really good commission structure
Can build a team underneath themselves
Possibility for Promotion/Progression
Our client is a London based recruitment consultancy. It specialises in Social Care recruitment.
To be of interest you must have experience as a Unqualified Social Care recruitment consultant, preferably in the London market. You will be polished, ambitious and be able to demonstrate excellent account management skills along with the ability to develop new business.
