We currently require an Interim CFO / Financial Director for an immediate job based in Wolverhampton.
My international client, with a site based in Wolverhampton, is looking to appoint an experienced CFO to work closely with the Managing Director during a period of change. The company is offering an initial 6 month contract that may lead to a permanent position.
You will be tasked with improving the company’s financial group reporting processes.
Key elements of this role will include the review of company wide reporting processes, controls and procedures, and provide recommendations and analysis of ways they can be improved. Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions and post-acquisition business integration is essential for this role.
This role requires a Finance Director with a strong commercial background who is a fully qualified accountant.
