Swedish Payroll Analyst
SWEDISH PAYROLL ANALYSTS (SWEDISH SPEAKING)
DO YOU SPEAK SWEDISH?!! A successful global outsourced solution group is expanding its operations into EMEA and require PAYROLL ANALYSTS who speak swedish. This exciting job is based in the heart of West London and is paying upto £26K.
You will have :
At least 2 years experience in payroll preferably in a BPO industry is preferred
Excellent excel with the ability to manipulate large amounts of data on spreadsheet
Experience in monthly payroll for european countries
Prepare all pay related GL file sand reports
Have updated SLA timeliness and accuracy report and headcount report
Experience in reconciliation of accrual salary,unclaimed wages and payroll cost
Knowledge of relevant local taxation and pension/social contribution regulations and developments is an advantage.
Experience with a ' Peoplesoft ' or system similar is an advantage.
Candidates MUST:
Be able to speak fluent English and Swedish and have knowledge of the local taxation, pension/social contribution regulation.
The ability to work to tight deadline and accurately and efficiently
Work systematically with a high attention to detail
Possess excellent communication skills
