Our client is one of the leading players in the equipment leasing industry with strong sales forecast and concrete growth strategies. Due to this critical transition period, they are now seeking a high-potential candidate to join the company as CFO to support the expansion.
As the leader of the Finance department, your key mandate is to make sure all statutory requirements are fulfilled as a listed company. You will also be working with top management of the company on corporate development and strategies and support the decision making with key financial data.
To be successful, you will be a qualified accountant with solid track record in taking up the capacity as Financial Controller or CFO for a listed company. You will have sound knowledge on listing rules and regulations and preferably coming from financial services industry.
