CFO (Manufacturing) recruitment

Your duties will include:

• Providing direction and focus to related departments, procurement, accounts and credit control

• Managing a team of 20 staff

• Overseeing all the financial reporting 

• Developing the annual financial budget

• Responsible for the improved usage of MIS reporting 

• Responsible for strategic growth and financial management

• Spearheading the annual business plan

• Developing a strong and dynamic working environment for the finance team

• Developing team capabilities

• Empowering team members to deliver and progress

The successful candidate will have at least 15 years experience within financial management with a bachelor’s Degree in finance and should preferably hold an ACCA, CPA, CMA or similar professional accounting qualification. The position requires someone who has gained exposure to a manufacturing or industrial work environment and has had extensive experience in budgeting, reporting and strategic financial management and analysis.

Preference will be given to candidates with western qualifications and experience.
