CFO – Oil & Gas recruitment
Our exclusive client is an international project based company within Oil Gas, they are true entrepreneurs with big plans and big expectations.
This person will be managing a large loan syndicate from a mixture of investment banks and must have experience in corporate finance.
Responsibfilities:
- Manage a USD$800million loan syndicate
- Lead on all corporate finance activities
- Build operational finance from Greenfield
- Provide strategic direction to loan syndication contact and CEO
- Build reporting framework for this business inline with the wider organization
Requirements:
- Experience managing loan syndicates of at least USD$500million
- Minimum of 15 years corporate finance experience
- At least 10 years in a senior leadership position within commodities
- Professional finance qualification (ACA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Asia Pacific exposure
- A proven leader who has built finance departments
- Excellent interpersonal skills
