CFO – Private Equity recruitment

The core of the role is to build  run a finance function around the Private Equity's subsidiary in the  Education sector. The business is being grown rapidly and has ambitious plans over the new few years. The development of the subsidiary will include;

- Numerous School sites with their UK Partner Firm

- Nurseries

- E-Learning

- Vocational Studies

- Education Infrastructure

- Other International Partner Firms

- Expansion across the Middle-East

The candidate must have experience of managing a team as the current number of direct reports to be handled stands at 8. The role will include over-looking the following functions;

- Financial / Management Accounting

- Business Planning Growth

- Investor Relations

- Operations

• Person Specification;

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Head of Finance / Finance Director / CFO

- Regional experience

- Private Equity (or similar) experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
