CFO recruitment

This exciting new position offers an ideal opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded CFO to join a fast-growing business in the midst of a significant global transformation.

Reporting into the President, this global business is experiencing significant growth and is currently preparing for a major transformation that will include the relocation of key functions into Singapore.

As the CFO you will be the lead for all financial aspects of the business and have a senior management team reporting into you. Specifically, this role requires the CFO to have hands-on involvement in fund raising (strong network in banking and PE firms required), taxation and regulatory requirements, as well be across all in-country government incentives and breaks that can be accessed for the group.

Importantly, you must be willing to spend around 6+ months in India to act as a central figure in the transitioning process for the group. Therefore, you will have a strong understanding of the Indian financial and commercial landscape and have strong change management expertise.

This is a vitally important, highly visible role and as such requires commercially astute, hands on finance professional able to drive the business to its next exciting phase.
