CFS CSol Application Support Technical Lead
This role entails working forColonial First State, a division of the Commonwealth Bank and is domiciled in Hawthorn.
Along with your team, as Application Technical Support Lead, you will provide technical direction and play a leadership role in the broader IT team.
Leading your team of five to ten direct reports, you will provide technical direction to Developers and Analysts. This will involve system analysis, technical design and development delivery of small platform enhancements and improvements of data and code fixes on the Colonial First State Custom Solutions Platform. While we have a separate Architecture team, you will also assist in determining the best approach to achieving change, when significant changes to the platform are required, perhaps due to customers' requests, organisational growth and diversification, or as part of ongoing development and improvement to the platform. As a senior member of the IS Application Support Team and broader IS team, you will set the bar of performance around delivering high levels of customer service, owning issues through to resolution and continually looking to improve processes and practices.
We are looking for an experienced Analyst / Developer / Technical Lead, with significant experience in supporting and directing technical development, managing staff, and also involvement in guiding architecture development.Your experience will ideally include financial services, and more specifically financial planning and you will be offay with products. Creativity, a collaborative style and a strong focus on delivering high levels of customer service are integral attributes to be successful in a senior role in our IT division, which drives the success of our platform and underpins the performance of the Colonial First State business. You may have managed a smaller team, and be looking to develop your staff management and leadership skills. You value delivering the highest levels of customer service and understand that resolving your customers' issues involves more than solely solving the technical issue.
