As we rapidly develop and implement this new technology, change is inevitable. This is where we need your organisational change skills to ensure our people continue to successfully embed these new processes and technologies in the best way possible.
What a great opportunity to work on high profile exciting projects that impact the broader retail bank and help them to understand and manage the people impacts of the implementation. Responsible for all business change management activities across a project including engaging specialist resources to execute the delivery of communications and training. Support a change management team as part of a broader piece and with guidance and support deliver change.
More specifically your areas of focus include to:
- Understand and document the people impact of the proposed change (assess the impact of the change on the business and other areas of the bank and define how these impacts will be managed)
- Develop and deliver effective change plans to support the achievement of change outcomes
- Support the project with change management (OCM) methodology, tools and practices to identify and mitigate people related risks and achieve the targeted benefits including the Benefits
- Develop and support the communication of project information through a wide variety of media to sponsors, stakeholders and other parties in a manner that engages the audience, builds awareness and helps them understand, reinforce and retain the messages
- Identify training needs and support the design and delivery of appropriate learning interventions to support the achievement of benefits
- Contribute to the achievement of project benefits
- Assist in building the change management capability of project and business stakeholders
- Contributes examples of good OCM methodology application to the Group OCM team
What you will need
This role would suit someone with frontline experience with a stronginterest in change, developed on the job, perhapsworking on process improvement and/or change initiatives emanating from projects. To be a success in this position we expect you will have the:
- Ability to work safely
- Experience working within a project environment and managing conflicting priorities
- Experience using change management tools and deliverables
- Experience in conducting training sessions and producing communications
- Experience in stakeholder management and networking
- Solid experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated personal characteristics of perseverance and adaptability
