About the role
Reporting to the Head of Superannuation, you will support the Colonial First State business in improving its insurance capability across our super business, as well as support other insurance related activities.
You will be expected to perform the following tasks in a manner consistent with CBA Values of Excellence, Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability and Service:
- Develop and enhance our Group Life and Salary Continuance insurance design across multiple project initiatives and product offerings
- Develop comprehensive corporate super price modelling and analysis
- Ensure CFS continues to have competitive and profitable group life pricing
- Provide research, design and strategic analysis in a timely and accurate basis
- Work closely with all other divisions to investigate issues - focus on timely delivery of work
- Analysis of the market and competitor products relative to our own to identify new opportunities
- This position entails all aspects of product analysis including product profitability and price modelling, data analysis, insurance analysis and reports and involvement in the production of PDSs.
What will help you succeed?
- Financial services experience, specifically within funds management and superannuation industry
- Ability to work closely and collaboratively with colleagues, building rapport with stakeholders
- Analytical capability and ability to deliver
- Advanced level of Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
