Title: Change Analyst

Contract Duration: 12 months contract

Salary: HK$ 50,000

Job Overview

Responsibilities

Conducting Business Change Assessment, through identifying the current and the future states of the business, and understanding the impact of the changes on the business units in terms of processes, cost, people and organisation.
Identifying training and communication needs as well as other change actions that enable the business units to move from the current to the future states.
Supporting each business unit to develop and manage a business change plan.
Co-ordinating, facilitating and monitoring change activities which are cross-functional or complex in nature.
Tracking all new business changes emerged at different stages of the programme (e.g. Business process testing, defects management, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) revision and business-unit initiated changes).
Work with the business units and internal project teams to act on these new changes in a timely manner
Conducting regular surveys and interviews with the business units and outports to assess their receptiveness and readiness to change.
Communicating to various stakeholders internal and external to the programme update via regular meetings, conference calls, and workshops.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree holder with experience in Change management, Business transformation or Business process re-engineering.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Effective co-ordinator and an excellent team player.
Ability to work effectively with individuals across all level of operations at the organization
Self-directed and able to work with tight deadlines.
Analytical and detail-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office Application (PowerPoint, Word, Projects).
Excellent command of English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin speakers preferred but not essential.
