As the Change Analyst, you will support the Program Change Lead in planning and execution of change activities to ensure smooth implementation of APEA Centralisation Program. The key is to enure the program is appropriately positioned within APEA and ANZ, with clear messages around benefits. The role holder will develop tranche specific communications plan using CM framework as the foundation.

Collaborating with various business work stream will assist in executing the agreed communications plan. You will support content and key messages for Program communications and weave core messages into any change materials throughout change initiative/program. The candidate will also actively identify, create and customise communications to meet evolving change and business communication needs.

Acting as the gatekeeper, you will review all external project communications to stakeholders. Other functions will also include integrating with internal project team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication activities and incorporating robust planning for communications activities to implement strategy. You will also coach team in development of stakeholder relationships and instil understanding of stakeholder engagement needs and the process to be followed.

Qualifications:

You should bring to business, experience and knowledge in adult learning principles and methodology along with experience in the execution of change management activities particularly in communications and training. Tertiary qualification or relevant business qualification will be preferred. The candidate should have experience working on large programs. Demonstrated ability to network and form relationships at various levels both inside and outside the organisation and strong communication skills, presentation skills and stakeholder management skills will be highly regarded.
