The JM group are looking for a strong Agile Test Manager to join our client based in the UK.
To apply for this role you must have experience of the following;
o working in an agile software development team and demonstrates understanding of agile testing methods
o working in high pressure environments
o manage small to medium sized test teams
o managing Technical testers in development, System, Integration, Regression and UAT/OAT test phases
- Exhibits very strong business stakeholder management and communication skills
- Understand and has hands on experience of Technical Testing
- Business focused, highly personable and Leads by example
- Over 4 years Test Management Experience
- ISEB Foundation
- Basic QTP / Automation skills
