Change Business Analysts – Leading FS Organisation recruitment
Our client is a highly profitable insurance organisation which operates a number of most well-recognised household brands in the sector. The company is currently building a brand new business change function as it continues the separation process from its parent company, a leading FTSE financial services organisation.
The new business change function will drive the delivery of a £500m transformation portfolio. The team will initially be c65 in number and comprise of change business analysts, project and programme manager and business architects. The change agenda incorporates a number of large complex programmes in addition to the £100+m carve out, including a £150+m claims transformation initiative and mandatory, regulatory change such as Solvency II.
There is an immediate need for multiple change business analysts at both junior and senior levels. These individuals will work closely with the key business stakeholders and business architects in defining the target operating environment. Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following skills:-

- Business case development
- Stakeholder analysis
- Requirements definition
- Organisational design
- People change
- Cultural change
