Change / Deployment Project Manager – Outsourcing/ Offshoring recruitment

Leading Investment Bank seeks a Change / Transformation Project Manager who is a subject matter expert in outsourcing/offshoring and change IT projects within Financial Services, ideally Middle / back office operations. You must have solid experience in implementing and project managing off shoring / deployment related projects including external vendors and captive locations. You must have proven experience of change management and project management, including managing and delivering multiple projects and facing off to Legal, Compliance, IT Risk. You will have the ability to manage vendors, senior stakeholders and program level activities towards agreed target operating model and timelines. Relationship management is an imperative skill for this role.
You will be experienced in reviewing service Agreements and Statements of Work relating to offshore/outsource engagements and be able to assist in the integration of a new workflow tool to automate project delivery and drive management information metrics.
You will have a clear focus on the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions and you will play a critical role in the transformation of COEs
