US iShares Business Support – Vice President recruitment

This role will assist the US iShares Business Administrator with supporting the US iShares Executive Committee and the administration of the US iShares Distribution Team. The business support function will focus on enhancing management effectiveness of the US iShares Executive Committee (US ExCo) through continuous improvement of day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:• Coordinate and develop support materials for US ExCo meetings. Own the preparation of materials and assist with agenda design• Work closely with the Business Administrator in the development and delivery of internal communications content and plans and ensure execution on these plans in an integrated fashion. Ensure excellence in communication for this large growing business.• Follow-up on execution of action items• As necessary, support the COO in other areas including preparation of strategic plans, metrics and reporting, cross-business initiatives and process redesign• Represent the US iShares priorities and improve relationships and information flow across the broader firm.• Provide leverage to Business Administrator and COO.• Manage ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:• BA/BS degree required• 5-10 years of hands on experience in financial services preferred. • Experience with sales, marketing, communications and product within the financial services or asset management industry• Dynamic, engaging style with excellent written and oral communication skills across different audiences and levels• Sounds judgment and decision making skills• Collaborative team player with strong work ethic• Strong Microsoft office skills• Project management experience and ability• Proven track record of results
