Change Director | 6 months + | CBD Based Retail Bank recruitment
Challenging contract assignment for a highly experienced Change Director to lead the planning and delivery of a significant change initiative and the successful launch and deployment of a scalable, repeatable and robust change model aligned with the business strategy.
Working across the retail bank and opening of branches, you will manage the end to end change strategy and deliver the agreed capabilities within the agreed scope, budget and tight timeframes.
Must have experience
- Change Management background at program change or director level
- Senior stakeholder engagement
- Strong relationship building
- Consulting background is highly preferred
- Project Management
- Prosci / CMI preferred
- Excellent communication abilities
- Banking is highly regarded
