Change Management Coordinator
Proven experience in such areas as:
- maintaining and executing communication plans (very beneficial if this is in the area of capital projects)
- ensuring consistent, cascading messaging at a project level (while working in tandem with a Program Communication Lead)
- providing support in the areas of change impact assessment (ideally with a focus on Asset Management)
- providing support for training logistics
- updating stakeholder maps
- conducting client needs analysis and providing coaching regarding change management approaches
- developing presentations (messaging) for client requirements
- facilitating and supporting various project tasks as needed
- being involved directly with project teams and establishing relationships with key team members so that resistance can be identified and managed
- assisting with stakeholder engagement via a Working Committee
- facilitating distribution of readiness surveys and analysis of results
- identifying risks and working with PM(s) to mitigate
- monitoring effectiveness of teams and providing assistance and coaching as required
- facilitating project look backs with stakeholders
- facilitating post-implementation end user adoption evaluation and data collection
- facilitating efforts to measure benefits post go live
- facilitating/ communicating project close-out from a change management perspective
- formulating next steps/next phase action items and/or plan forward (from change management perspective).
