Change Management Senior Consultant, (APAC) recruitment
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implement a structured change management approach in order to drive successful execution of transformation outcomes
• Design, develop, and deploy change management tools and templates
• Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes
• Analyze right level of organizational engagement needed for each key stakeholder group and implement the right transition plan to ensure that engagement occurs
• Assess the organizational impact of ITOT and the organization’s readiness for the changes required. Based upon the impact analysis, develop action plans and a supporting change champion network to address identified readiness issues
• Advise on the appropriate level of change leadership for each level of management and provide guidance on how to most effectively impact the State Street culture in a positive way
• Prepare the business and project team leadership in their additional responsibilities as change leaders (e.g., articulate vision, direction, and focus; use a common set of strategic messaging; be an expert on what is critical to success and convey convincingly to employees; motivate and recognize)
• Ensure there is a common "point of view" (e.g., strategic messaging, change vision, and reasons for change) that emanates from the program by working with program leadership and communications lead to drive continued alignment on the messaging
• Establish and maintain tight integration across the Organization Change PMO, the work streams, and regions to understand how stakeholders will be impacted by process and system changes to use as input into change impact and readiness assessment efforts
• Organizational Change Consultant may provide direct support and coaching to regional front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions
• Implement change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement to ultimately drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization so that targeted business outcomes are achieved
• Work with communication, training, business, and HR specialists in the execution of change implementation plan to support ITOT activities
APAC Specific Responsibilities:
• Coordinate IT/ops transformation project planning and State Street business outcomes with the regional Business Transformation PMO
• Partner with APAC Transformation leads within GHR and Communications to ensure a comprehensive support structure is in place
• Work closely with regional business leads to ensure alignment to the global program (previous understanding of regional business needs is a plus)
Background/Experience:
Required:
- Strong grounding in at least one widely used change management methodology or framework and an ability to be flexible and adapt to new methodologies
- Experience from Financial industry
- Understanding of how to achieve sustainable cultural and behavior changes
- Expertise in Organization Change Management techniques
- Analytical skills
- Reporting Skills
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Develop and utilize proven change management analytical tools for readiness assessments, focus groups, impact assessments, risk assessments, performance metrics, and scorecard
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
