Change Manager, Group Risk recruitment

The Royal Bank of Scotland Group are currently making a number of significant changes to the organisation and how it operates. RBS Risk Management is playing a key role in these changes.

The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) in Group Risk is leading a significant programme of change within Risk, and is also playing an active role in the wider Group changes. A project manager is required within CAO to represent Group Risk and provide overall management of Group Risk deliverables on two specific change programmes – a programme to deliver a significant divestment in the UK Retail / Corporate business and a programme to deliver a simplified legal entity structure and operating model in the global businesses.

You will act as a point of contact for Group Risk for these programmes, with overall responsibility for ensuring appropriate engagement and readiness for the changes across the function. The primary focus of your role will be to ensure the continuity of internal and regulatory reporting, as well as a data, system and process focus.

You will have project management experience gained within a financial, regulatory and / or risk systems environment, including experience of status reporting, phased delivery and management of project issues.

With us, hard work adds up to more. Our rewards include a generous salary, the opportunity to participate in bonus schemes and receive discounted Group products. Plus we offer up to 30% benefit funding that gives you the option of choosing your own mix of cash and benefits. We offer a range of career development opportunities across Risk and the wider RBS Group, both in the UK and world wide. All of which creates a truly flexible package that fits your changing needs and lifestyle.

Please note as part of our referencing process credit checks will be undertaken.
