We are former attorneys and paralegals with practice experience in big firms...just like you. We collectively have over 200 years of experience in legal staffing. The founders of Providus pioneered the concept of attorneys on a contract basis with their previous legal staffing company, Co-Counsel, in 1988. They grew that company to the largest legal staffing company in the country during the 1990's, before selling it to a Fortune 500 commercial staffing company. Seeing a need to provide legal niche staffing and customized services, our original founders and certain key staff members re-entered the legal staffing market in 2001, forming Providus, a boutique legal staffing and recruitment company.
