Change Manager (Orace e-Business Suite) Job in Edmonton, Alberta Canada
- Reports to the Project Manager – ERP Process Systems Redesign Project
- Stakeholder analysis and management
- Create, manage, and execute a comprehensive Leading Change Plan (focus on key pillars of change)
Create, manage, and execute a comprehensive Communication Plan - Create, and manage a comprehensive training plan across all functional areas affected by the change
- Provide status and reporting to the Executive Steering Committee
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (will be required to demonstrate)
- Ability to research, summarize, and make recommendations as required
- Organized and detail oriented with an ability to handle multiple priorities at once
- Experience with Process Redesign Implementation
- Experience managing initiatives with cross functional impacts
- Experience with change planning, change management, and multi-faceted communication training strategies in an ERP environment
- Experience with multi vendor teams (vendor management)
- Benefit to have experience with Oracle e-Business Suite R12
