Change Portfolio/Programme Manager recruitment

This is a high profile and crucial appointment covering all aspects of Business Services Finance activities and processes. As the Change Portfolio / Programme Manager you cover the successful delivery of department change programmes and will be required to influence and network with functions and key stakeholders within the department, across the Group Finance function and within the Finance Transformation Programme (FTP). The FTP is a multi-year programme covering Systems, Organisation and Continuous Improvement across The RBS Group wide Finance function.

You will be an experienced individual with a track record of programme management and end to end delivery of significant projects and change programmes.   You will need to have experience in the design, management and delivery of successful process re-engineering initiatives, as well as managing and influencing multiple resources in a matrix structure, including non-project staff. Strong experience in the leading and influencing of teams, planning and interpersonal skills and great communication skills are a given.
