Channel Development Head – Technology recruitment
The successful candidate will be heading the bank's e-channels/client delivery channels in bandwidth of SVP/VP and will be responsible for providing and delivering end-to-end application development and production support technology services to the regional in-country business.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering with atleast12+ years of experience in information Technology
- Excellent in Cash Trade management product domain knowledge especially in client delivery channels
- Highly motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with cross-organizational teams
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong project management experience with accountability for delivering cross functional initiatives
- Superior execution skills and ability to drive results
- Strong leadership, managerial, influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong energetic leader who inspires and cultivates strong partnership with clients and internal partners.
- Ability to develop strategies that are aligned with business goals
Responsibilities:
- Translates e-Channel business strategy into work programs and processes
- Partner with senior members of the business to understand requirements and help prioritize deliverables
- Provide leadership, strategic tactical direction on all information technology which meets business objective and compliance to regulatory requirements.
- Manage an overall technology budget of $5 -10 Million
- Lead and manage large regional IT teams of 50+ professionals located in Singapore, HongKong, China and India
- Deliver large and multiple IT projects across all phases of the systems development life cycle and project management
- Collaborate with global and cross functional technology partners to develop and implement programs, projects or processes to address current and future business needs
- Manage administrative requirements
