Reporting to the Head of Transaction Banking Secured Lending, within our Retail Banking unit, you will execute and design appropriate channel products to meet the bank's designated target and to maintain the competitiveness/niche position of the bank through collaboration with sales and other functional divisions. The successful candidate will assist in reaching the bank's designated target with regards to sales volume, sales revenue and AUA through initiatives of channel management.
The role focuses on developing online banking mobile banking by aligning with regional model, designing and executing the launch program of online banking and mobile banking in year of 2012 and 2013. While after the launch of the new online and mobile channel, the channel manager should focus on driving initiatives to contribute to the business target achievement by leveraging the channel of online banking and mobile banking. This will comprise planning, developing and executing the initiatives in accordance with the agreed business plan. The candidate will define the value proposition for Retail Deposits customers that reflect customers' real needs, attitudes and behaviours.
Additionally, you will work towards developing and implementing new channel initiatives in a creative and dynamic way to support the business proposition and uplift Bank's market competitiveness. Collaborating being the key, you will engage with functional areas such as sales, marketing and operations to lead the launch of new product and ensure compliance, legal and regulatory requirements are fulfilled. You will also work with key partners such as Segment and Marketing to ensure they are supported with appropriate collateral, client insight, data analytics and recognition programs.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge in channel management, including online banking and mobile banking
- With experience of driving channel initiatives to contribute to the business target.
- Around 5-8 years of Retail product development
- Excellent English and Chinese language skills will be required.
- High level of analytical capability and skill with data manipulation.
