Channel Manager
General Summary:
Provides functional leadership and ownership of Foodservice field sales productivity, execution, and leadership development within the assigned channel, while being wired to specific accounts.
Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
Developing existing customer relationships
Cultivates relationships with customers
Ensures initiative execution activities occur
Ensures targets are met for CO2, cups
Developing new business opportunities
Lead the Selling Team
Sales Capability - Utilizes PBC's selling processes and tools
Productivity - Ensure compliance with wiring and call principles
Training - Utilizes PBC's on-boarding programs and training initiatives (safety, diversity, etc)
Create Service Advantage
Ensure Respond Recover targets are met and/or exceeded
Optimize Profitability of Assigned Accounts Basic Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of five years of fact-based direct selling experience
Preferred Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business
Food Service or Consumer Products experience
Masters of Business Administration
Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required Strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated analytical and math skills
Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite
