Chartered Accountant
Chartered Accountant, 6 month contract, Financial Control - Banking, £275-£350 per day
My client, a global banking corporation, requires a fully qualified Chartered Accountant for their Financial Control team.
Responsibilities:
- prepare management reporting packs
- prepare consolidated accounts for holding entities
- build a control framework around the general ledger
- month-end balance sheet substantiation
- involvement in audit
- process improvement and ad-hoc project work
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified accountant (essential)
- Audit experience in Top 4 / Top 10 practice
- Recent financial services or banking experience/exposure
- IFRS / GAAP experience (highly desirable)
- enthusiasm and proactive approach to process improvement
