Our Greenfield client is seeking a chemical storage attendant for a long term assignment:
Job duties include:
• Directly responsible for all plant chemical storage and distribution
• Issues, receives, and stores chemical and other equipment.
• Handle all shop floor distribution of chemicals to shop floor
• Assures and maintains appropriate MSDS documents are posted as directed by EHSS Manager
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Fully support and comply with all ISO/EHS Systems S1R1 and SFS2010 objectives and projects.
• Additional duties as required.
REQUIRES ABILITY TO:
• Works under minimal supervision.
• Maintain a safe, clean, well-organized shop/office space, crib cabinets, and sign identification.
• Load/unload chemical containment equipment.
• General understanding of production equipment operation and follow all safety procedures.
• Must be a results-oriented, high energy self-starter, with good reporting skills.
• Will heavily interact with Supervisors, Maintenance, and Team Leaders.
• Able to interact with all functions and levels of employees
• Highly motivated
