Job description
Heading up the in store team, your leadership will be crucial. As well as maximizing profit and boosting sales performance, your effective development and deployment of staff will help drive great service and increased engagement across all areas of the store. You'll be a custodian of BQ values, actively encouraging diversity and communicating a consistent message across the store, area and regional teams, and in all dealings with external suppliers.
A passionate advocate for the customer experience, you'll identify key business priorities, evaluate operational processes and deliver change, inspiring and engaging your team to do great things.
As a natural leader who has energy and enthusiasm with the ability to motivate others, your ability to coach and develop people to become highly effective in a retail environment will be critical to your success and that of your store.
