Our Client, a leading and fast-growing multinational organization from B2B services sector, is looking for a chartered accountant who will join the Finance Division as the Chief Accountant. We are looking for a person who will bring own ideas and is open for further development in challenging commercial environment.
The chosen candidate will work in multinational structures, co-operating closely with the local CFO, support the CFO in implementing key initiatives and projects, also being responsible for managing a team of several accountants.
Opis stanowiska
- Manage the accounting function; coach and develop the accounting team
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- Ensure the integrity of the financial statements and supervise monthly closing process
- Ensure the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of financial data and act as a liaison between the company, government and auditors to provide required information
Kogo szukamy
- 5 years of experience on accountant positions in business oriented environment, preferably in services market
- Highly developed management skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of IFRS standards and local tax regulations
- Open for new tasks in challenging environment, not afraid to take action and provide solutions, capable to evolve with organization
- Practical experience with ERP systems would be an advantage
- Fluent English
