Role Summary/Purpose

GE is looking for a Commercial Development Manager to assist GE businesses in Moscow region in market development/sales, to help develop a comprehensive approach to the region and to establish strong working relationships with the regional authorities. The job is located in Moscow.

Essential Responsibilities

- Oversees all aspects of market development activities, such as investigating and collating market information with emphasis on purchasing power and customer/business preferences.
- Identify potential opportunities for focus industries and their addressability to GE businesses.
- Possess and establish relations with major players in regional business community and the governmental structures.
- Collaborate internally externally to determine customer/business needs and preferences.
- Provides estimates of a regional market to facilitate evaluation of company's competitive position.
- Represent Company on regional level, interface customers/businesses providing them with the information about product, company events etc.
- Guide customers through GE requirements, procedures and values.
- Work with local teams/businesses to coordinate activities and establish one GE approach in the region.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Higher education (business/marketing/engineering degree is preferable);- 5-7 years experience in business development/sales spheres (within multinational companies is a plus);- Experience in energy, healthcare and rail sectors is a plus;- Excellent understanding of specifics of business in a multinational company;- High level contacts in the public and private sector;- Solid business ethics;- Fluent English.Successful candidate will be employed under Russian employment conditions and must already satisfy local employment/work permit and residency regulations.
