Chief Commercial Officer recruitment

Reporting to the group CEO you will lead and take ownership of all internal and external commercial lines associated with areas of costing, pricing and KPI related strategy objectives within the business framework and revenue generation.
The role will also extend to the development of trend analysis, which in turn can assist the business positioning within the market aligned also to areas of product development and business planning. This role will require a strong financial planning function used to provide MIS and reporting capabilities to evaluate and support decision analysis across the business.

Your duties will include:

• Implementing the costing, pricing and partnership structures and models whilst working with internal product managers and external partners to create reputable offerings and delivery.

• Harnessing existing resources and implementing an effective, proactive and impacting commercial dynamic whilst enhancing existing and new pipeline for organic sales and inorganic growth opportunities.

• Creating commercial key performance indicators on an individual and team basis; aligned to monitoring and feedback mechanism tracking revenue and targets. This is also designed to provide revenue projections and other key inputs to develop the business plan and strategy evolvement.

• You will be working with top level management to align product launch and customer commitments, whilst assessing ways to instill and strengthen human capital development and the training needs across the business.
