Chief Financial Officer (Financial Services) recruitment

Responsibilities

Responsible for all finance and compliance issues of the Holdings Company and its subsidiaries (being regulated by SFC and Commissioner of Insurance)
Preparing annual budget and capital budgeting to the Board
Preparing the regulatory and financial reports, returns for HKMA and Head Office, ensuring reporting requirements, guidelines and deadlines are met, included the semi-annual Financial Disclosure etc
Liaising with HKMA, SFC, Inland Revenue Department, lawyer and external auditors in relation to all accounting, tax, compliance and licensing issues
Ensuring compliance with HKMA, Group Policy, Audit and other regulatory requirements
Involving in integration project of existing subsidiaries of group in HK

Requirements

University degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
Qualified Accountant with minimum of 15 years solid experience in financial institutions
Experience with MA, IPO is a plus
Familiar with all banking accounting entries, regulatory returns, ALCO
Business mind oriented with strong analytical, communication skills and problem solving skills
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
