Chief Marketing Officer

A leading global operator in the online entertainment industry, our client is looking to recruit a Chief Marketing Officer to manage multi-channel global marketing teams. Working as part of the Executive team, you will define the strategy and develop and execute global marketing programs to ensure profitable growth and expansion for the organisation.

Capable of working effectively within a fast-paced, hands-on, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, you will need to be a proven leader and key advisor to the Executive team on future marketing initiatives and opportunities. Building, leading and managing the global marketing department across multiple locations and timezones, you will be required to engage effectively with stakeholders, working closely to understand requirements and provide strategic direction. Analysis of market trends and growth opportunities will be an integral part of the role, keeping up to date with new and emerging markets and developing strategies for market entry. Leading the global creative direction for the brand, you will be managing a global marketing budget and developing ROI targets, creating the best marketing initiatives in order to deliver effectively.

Significant experience overseeing and managing different areas related to the marketing functions including acquisition, retention, product development, PR, sponsorship, digital, VIP and brand will be essential. Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Mandarin is crucial. You must have a proven ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver on a global scope and previous experience having worked within a multinational organisation managing large marketing budgets will be key. You will be a collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships and comfortable operating in a fast paced, entrepreneurial organisation.
