Experience Required:
Oracle eBusiness techno-functionalist with experience in iRecruitment minimum 4 years on Oracle PLSQL
Skills Profile:
- Understanding of the process flow and business events associated with iRecruitment job vacancies, from creation to closure.
- Understanding of the process flow and business events associated with the task of applying for a job in iRecruitment, from account creation to application to coding out of the applications.
- Strong understanding of Oracle iRecruitment and HR APIs need to support these activities.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HR and iRecruitment table structure.
- Ability to create tables, pl/sql packages, functions, and procedures to support inbound and outbound interfaces to allow communication between iRecruitment and external talent acquisition systems.
- Ability to create lookups.
- Ability to set up Oracle concurrent requests and attach them to the appropriate request groups.
- Ability to create lookups.
- Proficiency with FNDLoad. Proficiency with Oracle AIM documentation
- Experience with Oracle XML Publisher is not mandatory but would be a plus
Education: Bachelor Degree
