CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER
North Hudson Community Action Corporation, with over 22 locations, has been providing comprehensive health and social services to residents within the Hudson, Bergen and Passaic communities for over 45 years.
We are currently seeking an accomplished and talented physician to join our JCAHO accredited federally qualified health centers. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic, motivated physician leader with a demonstrated track record of establishing strategies and programs focused on providing high-quality patient care and supporting growth. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CMO will serve as a senior clinical leader, strategist and medical expert for the health centers, and will develop and manage relationships with physicians, consulting physicians, affiliated organizations/hospitals, and regulators.
Requirements include:
* An MD or DO degree; Board Certification preferred
* Significant experience in clinical practice
* 3+ years of leadership and/or administrative experience
* Experience developing and implementing medical protocols, policies, procedures, and organizational plans
* An energetic, motivated, positive, and persistent leader with the demonstrated ability to advance change
* Excellent written/oral communication skills
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship development skills
* Solid grasp of finance
* Ability to participate in strategic planning initiatives, including new program development
* Post-graduate training in business or health administration desired
