Chief of Staff / Head of Human Resources
Primary Responsibilities
- Report to the CEO for execution of full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C B and performance appraisal
- Handle payroll, taxation, benefits and leave administration
- Prepare timely HR reports for senior management’s review
- Participate in benefits renewal, market surveys and salary review process
- Coordinate staff events such as annual dinner
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree is preferrable
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources operations or General management
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations
- Proficient in MS office applications including Chinese word processing
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking
- Strong communication, diplomatic and problem solving skills
- Good command in Mandarin, Chinese and English
- Immediate available preferred
